Take the opportunity that being furloughed or having an SEISS grant brings and really plan for your future. There are opportunities for you to build a wonderful life – to
“do the thing that you love and so never work again!”
is one way of looking at this.
If you are sensible, you can use your skills, experience, opportunities, connections and good genes to make a wonderful future for yourself and your family. You may even be able to earn so much that you could work part-time and still live very comfortably. Or just be so in love with your job that you revel in every minute. Flex the assets that you have for your own advantage. Use the cards that you have been dealt to win at life!

Grow, build, create, climb out of the mire of boring work.
Don’t worry about the low paid jobs; strive for something better. After all, there will always be losers who will pick up those sorts of jobs. You know the jobs I mean – emptying your bins, cleaning your streets, sewing your cheap clothes, caring for your elderly relatives, cooking your takeaway guilty pleasures. Don’t concern yourself with them; they don’t have your character.
